My fee is $250 for an initial consultation and $200 per session after that. I request payment in cash or credit card at the time of service.

I am an in-network preferred provider for Carefirst Blue Cross. Once I confirm your coverage, you will be responsible for your deductible and co-pay at the time of service and I will handle the insurance submission for you.

I am out-of-network for all other insurances. However, since I am licensed, you may be able to file a claim with your insurance company for reimbursement of your session fee.  It is recommended that you check with your own health insurance company to determine their reimbursement policy for out-of-network providers. This is solely your responsibility; I do not bill out-of-network insurance companies or take responsibility for collecting from your insurance company. At your request, I will provide you with a superbill that you may submit directly to your health insurance company or flex spending plan.
